OUR MISSION
It is our mission at The Nail Nest to provide all our guests with a remarkable experience while performing our business with integrity and deep knowledge of our profession. We are committed to providing superior service to each individual guest with added value. Through our friendly customer service and life long education, we will strive to be your number one choice for all your NAIL CARE needs, while setting the standard in nails spa environmental responsibility. 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance so that we have the opportunity to fill the slot. To reschedule, we recommend that you make reservations well in advance

so that your desired time can be reserved. Prefer way to cancel/reschedule is by calling us at 404.907.4488.

Violating the policy will result in a charged of 50% of the cost of your service for the cancellation fee.

LATE ARRIVALS
To remain courteous of others, scheduled appointments have a 20 minutes grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 20 minutes, call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services. 

NO SHOWS
If you make an appointment that you don’t cancel and don’t show up for, we reserve the right to charge a service fee. If you repeatedly No-Show without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.

No refunds will be given after you have leave the salon. 

COMPLIMENTARY FIXES

 Enhancements are guaranteed for 7 business days after your appointment.

Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment.

If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within 3 days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes unless otherwise.) 

Repairs after 7 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $5+ each. 

(Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools.) 
Traditional Nail polish services are not guaranteed.
However we would be glad to fix them for you. Must be called in within 24-48 hours after initial service and schedule an appointment for nail fix within 2 days. 
Please DO NOT EMAIL for fixes . Please call the salon and leave a voice message if no one picks up. We would like to quickly serve you as soon as possible. 

CHILD SAFETY

Children are welcome by appointment only. Young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed in the service areas or held in the lap during an appointment. While this policy helps to ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.


PETS

No Pets allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid with a disability are welcome. 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Checks are not accepted

*Cash tips are preferred*

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions that may impact your visit. It is also imperative that we are aware of potential contagious conditions on your hands and feet. If such a condition exists, we cannot provide service(s) to you without written consent from your physician. We cannot provide services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have such a condition or think one may exist, please notify of us promptly before the service.


GIFT CERTIFICATE

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. The Nail Nest is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged certificates, or any unauthorized certificate use. Gift certificates expire one year from their original date of purchase.​

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. The Nail Nest is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.

GROUP PARTIES

(10 OR MORE GUESTS)

To stay on schedule, all members of your party should arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time. All parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. A name and exact services is required from each person in your group at the time of booking, this allows for a smoother transaction and better accuracy. Please email us at thenailnestinfo@gmail.com to provide these details.

*A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for group parties. The deposit is nonrefundable for no shows. Cardholder will be held responsible for this charge. There will not be a charge for cancellations given with 24 hours notice.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:

  • Anyone with temp over 99* F or have symptoms of Covid19

  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

  • Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service

  • Anyone more than 20 minutes late for an appointment

  • Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
